Collection: Air Dried & Cured

Due to increased demand, we will temporarily take our curing facility offline for maintenance and upgrades. As a result, cured meats will be out of stock for the next two weeks. We’re working to complete this as quickly as possible.

We will ship orders as soon as stock is available. Where possible, fresh products will now be shipped separately, with cured items sent in a second shipment. Thank you for your patience

Biltong and Dried Sausage is a traditional product that is made by seasoning and curing meat at cool temperatures that allow for preserving it for extended periods, although it is so good it often does not last for long before it's consumed :)
