If your products are not stored in a fridge, especially if you are keeping them for extended periods, we cannot be held responsible for them going bad or getting moldy. Our products do not have preservatives like jerky and other similar products on the market. That is what makes our product so unique. For this reason, it may not last on a shelf like these other products.

If you have any problem with our products, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. Failure to do so will disqualify you from any guarantee we provide. Any orders not shipped may be canceled upon request.
