Standard shipping is 3 days for cured meats and 2 days for fresh meats. If you do not select the 2-Day Cold Shipping option, we cannot file a claim with UPS or replace an order that spoils during transit. If you live in a warm or hot climate, we strongly recommend choosing 2-Day Cold Shipping to help ensure your order arrives safely.

Once your order has shipped, we have limited control over the carrier’s handling and delivery schedule. However, we will do everything we can to help ensure your package arrives in good condition.
