• Traditional blend: Coarsely ground beef or a beef/pork mix, seasoned with salt, spices & spice extracts (including celery), dextrose, MSG (E621), preservatives (sodium metabisulfite E223 / sulphur dioxide), antioxidant (sodium erythorbate E316), and Worcestershire sauce.

• Steve's 5‑ingredient blend: Coarsely ground beef seasoned with salt, pepper, coriander, nutmeg, cloves, Worcestershire sauce, and white vinegar.

Cooking Instructions

Cook on a gas grill or in a pan until golden brown. Once you can break it by twisting it, it is fully cooked. Do not overcook it as it will get too dry.
