If your products are not stored in a fridge, especially if keeping them for extended periods, we cannot be held responsible for it to go bad or getting moldy. Our products do not have preservatives like jerky and other similar products on the market. That is what makes out product so unique. Due to this reason, it may not last on a shelf like these other products.

If you have any problem with our products, please contact us immediately when orders are delivered. Failure to do so will disqualify you from any guarantee we provide.
