Droëwors is a high-protein snack made from 100% beef and natural lamb casings. Unlike jerky, it undergoes a slow wind-aging curing process, preserving the meat’s natural enzymes for easier digestion. With its high protein and low carb content, droëwors is perfect for a Keto-friendly snack, especially when paired with avocado and boiled eggs for healthy fats.
