Hamburger patties only, the great boerewors in the form of a hamburger. Sold in 4 x 6oz patties per vacuum-sealed bag to ensure freshness. Nice big patties to put all others to shame.

Fresh, hand-formed boerewors burgers — coarsely ground beef seasoned with authentic South African spices 

Available styles

  • Beef-Only Boerewors burgers — made with beef only, no pork in this variant.

Ingredients

  • Traditional blend: Coarsely ground beef or a beef/pork mix, seasoned with salt, spices & spice extracts (including celery), dextrose, MSG (E621), preservatives (sodium metabisulfite E223 / sulphur dioxide), antioxidant (sodium erythorbate E316), and Worcestershire sauce.

Cooking Instructions

Cook on a gas grill or in a pan until golden brown.  Do not overcook it as it will get too dry. 

Allergens: Contains celery and fish (anchovies in Worcestershire sauce). Please review product labels for full ingredient details.
